Within Spark's DotLoop Account - Spark will draft all documents within our account, and will provide the agent a copy of the documents to review prior to signing.

Once the agent approves, Spark will send the documents to be signed via our DotLoop account and upload the signed documents into your Broker required system

Option B:

With the agent's consent, Spark will work within your system of choice to draft all documents. We will provide the agent with a copy of the documents to review prior to signing, and once approved, Spark will send for signing. Agent will contact Spark directly to share access information.
